We are delighted that the MBU Chamber Singers will be with us for a special mid-week service on Thursday evening, March 2 at 7:00 p.m. All of our adults, teens and children will meet in the auditorium that night. The Chamber Singers minister around the country for a week or two each year. A significant portion of the repertoire is performed a cappella.
Chamber Singers CDs include Spirit of God, In Heavenly Love Abiding, Abide With Me, and Softly and Tenderly. Their newest recording, How Can I Keep from Singing, includes works by Rutter, Shaw, and Chamber members, Backhaus and King. Please join us for this special service and invite your friends. (This Thursday concert will replace out normal Wednesday mid-week service.) A well-staffed nursery is available for all services at Calvary Baptist Church. The chamber singers will also perform in chapel at Heritage Christian School on Friday morning, March 3 at 8:25 a.m.
